Zaya C. is a Culture & DEI Program Manager at Apex Fintech Solutions as of September 2023, leading initiatives in corporate culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with philanthropy and employee engagement strategies. Previously, Zaya served as Director of Talent Acquisition at HotRecruiter.io from January 2022 to August 2023, where a 200% increase in successful placements was achieved through comprehensive recruitment strategies and team leadership. Zaya also held the position of Director of People Operations at Zeacon in early 2023, focusing on the development of HR workflows and employee onboarding programs.
