Elizabeth Nixon

Director, Customer Success at Apex Leaders

As Director of Customer Success, Elizabeth is responsible for the health of her team’s client account portfolio. She drives delivering value to clients by partnering with teammates to build and maintain healthy, strong relationships.

Prior to joining Apex Leaders, Elizabeth spent eight years in director-level roles within the home textile industry. She developed and executed sales and operations strategies to service, retail, hospitality, and e-commerce accounts. Other past roles include being a buyer for a national retailer, and operating a small fine lumber yard and custom carpentry business.

Elizabeth holds a BSBA in Marketing from University of Florida and a MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
