Namita Virupakshachar

Namita Virupakshachar has been working in the Human Resources field since 2002. Namita started their career as a Senior HR Executive at Vitage Systems Pvt Ltd in 2002. In 2009, they moved to Tekbridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Asst. Manager - HR. In 2010, they joined IPsoft as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2018, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Introlligent Inc. and in 2022 they were appointed as Head Of Human Resources at Apex Semiconductor.

Namita Virupakshachar attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2009 to 2010, where they earned their MBA in Human Resources.
