Engineer at Apex Space

Kabir Marwah has worked in the software engineering field since 2016. In 2016, they were a Summer Intern at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where they wrote Python scripts to model anemia drug dosing algorithms, implemented Pandas and Python scripts to match patient "avatars" with hemoglobin model parameters, and implemented an artificial neural network using Keras and TensorFlow to analyze patient drug interactions. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center as an Electrical Engineer, where they worked on Space Network transponder waveform development and testing for the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS). Kabir also designed and tested a novel and fully automated demodulation setup that will be used in the Next Generation Broadcast Signal (NGBS) as part of the future Space Mobile Network (SMN). In 2020, they began working at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Software Systems Engineer, where they work on software for MSL, Mars 2020, Europa Clipper and Psyche. Kabir is currently working as a Software Engineer at Apex.

Kabir Marwah received their High School Diploma from Brophy College Preparatory and their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Management from Imperial College London.
