Tom Guillou

Tom Guillou has extensive experience in engineering management and new product development, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Apex Tool Group, LLC since February 2018, overseeing new product development for North America Hand Tools. Previously, Tom held positions as a Senior Engineering Manager responsible for R&D services, and an Engineering Manager at Eaton, managing technical aspects of hose manufacturing for industrial and aerospace applications. Earlier roles include Engineering Manager at Danfoss Power Solutions, leading a new product development team for joystick products, and various positions at Sauer-Danfoss, including Operations Manager and Engineering Team Leader, where leadership encompassed product and operations engineering support. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, as well as prior studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
