Cristian Perez

Cristian Perez serves as the Country Manager and Head of Nearshore Delivery and Operations at Apexon, responsible for driving the company's expansion in Mexico and LATAM since January 2024. Prior to this role, Cristian held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2017 to December 2023, including Cluster Delivery Head for BFSI US East, and overseeing operations for multiple business units. Cristian has also contributed to the success of Oportun as Manager of Major Incident Management & Problem Management, and served in key roles at Oracle, Dell, and Teleperformance, demonstrating a strong focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and process improvement.
