Jacob Hill

Jacob Hill is the current General Counsel at Apexon. Prior to their current position, Jacob was an attorney at Carrington Coleman from March 2010 to February 2014 where they handled a variety of securities, commercial, employment, real estate, and intellectual property cases. Jacob also tried multiple cases (including as first chair) to successful jury verdict, and obtained experience in all aspects of trial practice.

From March 2004 to February 2008, Jacob was a Trial Practice Associate at Jones Day where they obtained experience in securities, commercial, intellectual property, and tort litigation. Jacob was also a member of trial teams that obtained a take-nothing jury verdict in a complex contract and intellectual property matter; a complete victory in a large technology contract dispute in the Delaware Court of Chancery (upheld by the Delaware Supreme Court); and a substantial award in an arbitration relating to a post-closing price adjustment for a joint venture.
