Ranga Gontina

Ranga Gontina currently serves as the Global BU Head for Life Sciences at Apexon, focusing on AI-led business growth, profitability, and human-centric digital experiences since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ranga was Vice President and Senior Client Partner at Globant, specializing in revenue and profit growth with C-level engagement from June 2022 to July 2025. Ranga also held the position of Senior Director of Account Management for North America at EPAM Systems, overseeing profitable portfolio growth in the healthcare and life sciences sectors between January 2016 and May 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Consulting Services at Alliance Global Services, where Ranga led regional growth initiatives and managed strategic partnerships from January 2008 to December 2015, and held various roles including Director and Senior Engagement Manager. Ranga's career began as a Senior Project Manager at Alliance Consulting from July 2006 to June 2008. Ranga holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from MK University.
