Sandhiya Thiruvengadam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Sandhiya has held roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Apexon, Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives at Walmart Global Tech India, and Senior Manager - Talent Supply Chain at Cognizant. Sandhiya also has experience as a Founding Member at Daksha Fellowship and Head of Human Resources at Sai University. Additionally, Sandhiya has worked at Tata Consultancy Services, holding positions such as Talent Analytics Lead & HR Digitization Consultant, HR Digitization Consultant & Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Artist and held internships at Lafarge Aggregates and Concretes, JKB Consultant Services, and Future Value Retail Limited.

Sandhiya Thiruvengadam has a diverse education history. In 2020-2021, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they pursued a postgraduate program in Data Science and Business Analytics. Prior to that, in 2019, Sandhiya Thiruvengadam completed an Executive Program in Design Thinking at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

In 2007-2010, Sandhiya Thiruvengadam studied at Madras Christian College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with a major in Physics.
