Vandana Pandey

Vandana Pandey has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Vandana currently holds the position of AVP-Human Resources at Apexon since July 2022. Prior to this, Vandana worked at Adapty Inc as the Head of Human Resources, where they played a crucial role in assisting customers in adapting to the changing business environment and offering them customized solutions. Vandana started their career at Gobeyond Technologies as an Associate Consultant in February 2005 and later joined SDG Corporation as an Assistant Manager-HR. Vandana also served as the Manager Recruitment at logixal inc before joining Adapty Inc. Overall, Vandana has gained valuable experience and expertise in various aspects of HR management throughout their career.

Vandana Pandey pursued their education history in a chronological manner. Vandana began their academic journey in 1999, enrolling in Agra University where they completed their BS.c, with a major in Botany, Zoology & Chemistry, in 2002. Following this, they joined the International Management Centre - IMC in Delhi for their MBA. From 2003 to 2005, they obtained their MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources. Recently, in 2019, Vandana attended the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak to pursue HR Analytics, completing their studies in 2020.
