Sneha Sahasrabudhe has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Product Trainer at AkzoNobel until 2011. Sneha then transitioned to Chrysalis Business Consultancy Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Training Review Executive from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Sneha took on the role of Human Resources Operations Manager at Medistations Pvt. Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Sneha then joined Third I as a Sr. HR Associate, where they were responsible for various tasks such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training management from 2017 to 2018. Sneha utilized their HR expertise as an Independent Human Resources Consultant from 2018 to the present. Most recently, they worked as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at EnKash - Asia's 1st & Smartest Spend Management Platform from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Sneha is the People Manager - India at APEXX Global, taking on a leadership role in the company. Sneha'sexperience encompasses HR, training, and operations, showcasing their versatility in the field.

Sneha Sahasrabudhe began their education at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in Commerce. Sneha then pursued further education at the International School of Business & Media from 2011 to 2013 and earned a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sneha has obtained several certifications, including an ADEPT 15 Expert Practitioner certification from Aon in September 2022, an Engagement and Productivity Certificate from The Predictive Index in June 2021, and a Team Performance Certificate, also from The Predictive Index, in June 2021.
