Paul E. Griffiths has a long and varied career in the business world. In 1988, they began their career at Taymark Inc. as the Director of Marketing, where they set the marketing plan and managed a $7MM advertising budget, growing the company's sales from $17MM to over $50MM. Paul E. then became the General Manager of Taymark in the same year, directing a company of 600 employees and successfully splitting the company into two separate units due to sales growth and limited space. In 2003, they were appointed President of the Banyan Incentives Business Group, spearheading two fold-in acquisitions into the same facility within two years, leading a branding process with outside consultants, and working on a market segmentation approach to achieve profitability goals. Paul E. also opened a shared production facility in Monterrey, Mexico, starting with a staff of 12 team members and growing it to a staff of over 200 within four years. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Business Development for Taylor Corporation, re-engaging large strategic accounts and growing sales and profits by 10% with Office Depot during a one-year time frame. Paul E. was then promoted to Vice President of the Service & Technology Division at Taylor Corporation, leading an acquisition, evaluating its strategic fit for Taylor Corporation, and developing the value-added reseller network for the software platform. In 2012, they moved to LifePics Inc. as Vice President of Marketing, where they were one of two senior leaders tasked to integrate and assess a strategic acquisition for maximum leverage. In 2014, they became President of Taymark Inc., revamping company expectations and successfully transitioning to a culture of accountability and ownership for all employees. In 2015, they became General Manager of Safco Products Company, enhancing the organizational strategic process to develop a grounded vision and direction for the future. In 2018, they took the role of CEO at Birchwood Casey, LLC, providing senior company leadership across four divisions. Finally, in 2019, they became President & CEO of APG Cash Drawer, leading the company in offering the global point of sale industry the best cash drawers available that fit every level of need for today's retailers. Paul E. has also innovated the new SMARTtill solution that is a new evolution in cash management, enabling retailers to reduce cash losses, reduce the cost of cash handling, and improve in-store productivity.

Paul E. Griffiths attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance.
