Andreas Psimopoulos

Andreas Psimopoulos currently serves as an Administrative Consultant within the Strategic Planning Unit at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, beginning in April 2023. Previously, Andreas worked at the Ministry of Development and Investments for over three years, specializing as an EU Interreg Management Consultant, where responsibilities included financial management support, statistical analysis, market research, and IT solution implementation. Earlier roles include serving as an Entry-level Economist in the same ministry, focusing on statistical tasks, contract negotiations, and budget management for EU projects. Andreas also has experience as a Library Assistant at Aristotle University and an Administrative Clerk intern at EYATH S.A. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Complexity Economics from Aristotle University, an MSc in Statistics from ETH Zürich, and a BSc in Economics from Aristotle University.
