Jacqueline Serra

Jacqueline Serra began their work experience in 2012 as an Assistant for Legends Sports Photography. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, first as a Wayfinder Gate Agent and then as a Passport Agent. In 2016, they joined American Airlines as a Workforce Administration Assistant II- TechOps, where they remained until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Accommodations Plus International.

Jacqueline Serra completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College (CUNY) from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Frank Sinatra School of The Arts High School, where they focused on Fine and Studio Arts. In addition to their degree, Jacqueline also obtained a certification in Dispute Resolution from John Jay College (CUNY) in December 2020.
