Özge Gündüz

Özge Gündüz has a wide range of work experience. In 2018, they were an Intern at QNB Finansbank, where they assisted in industries and companies research, analyzed stock market trends, and created financial models and valuations to be presented to clients. In 2019, they were an Intern at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, where they generated and analyzed income reports, entered data into relevant databases, and assisted with audits. Özge also held the role of Assistant Operations Manager at HUB Yiyecek (SM: thehubfood) in 2019, where they coordinated work schedules of employees from 14 branches, oversaw inventory ordering, and coordinated daily restaurant management operations. In 2020, they were a Guest Operations Manager at VNG Property, where they organized customer relations and check-in and outs, managed the cleaning team, and did daily operational tasks. Additionally, they achieved the highest guest satisfaction by providing an efficient, brand-specific, friendly, and hospitable experience. Currently, they are a Financial Controller at SEPA Cyber Technologies, where they monitor the company's financial and accounting activities for the MENA region, does bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax planning, investment analysis, and daily bank follow-ups. Özge also develops clear goals and accountability for direct report to C-Levels and offers performance feedback monthly. In 2022, they will be a Business Performance & Administration at APIIDA.

Özge Gündüz has been pursuing their education since 2015, when they began attending Boğaziçi University. Özge is currently studying Business Administration at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, which they started in 2020. Özge has also obtained certifications from McKinsey & Company, Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, Patrick Spring Howell, Lorraine Wiseman, and Udemy. These certifications include the Forward Program, Boğaziçi Work Awards - Organization Team, Employee Engagement Management, German Language - B1 level, Management Study, Performance Management, and Strategic Business Plan.
