Lou Steinberg

Lou Steinberg is the SVP of Payer Market Sales at Apixio. Lou has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including enterprise sales, business development, and product management. Lou has a proven track record of success in both start-ups and large corporations.

Lou began their career in healthcare as a National Account Manager at Apria Healthcare. Lou then became a Principal at JAS Realty Group, where they co-owned a real estate title organization. In 1998, they joined Byram Healthcare as VP of Sales.

At Byram, Lou was responsible for national accounts and grew the company's sales from $5 million to $50 million. Lou then joined Optum in 2012 as Vice President of Clinical Payer Solutions. At Optum, they helped grow the company's sales to over $100 million. In 2014, they joined Apixio as SVP of Payer Market Sales.

At Apixio, Lou is responsible for enterprise sales of clinical, financial, and analytical solutions to health plans throughout the United States. Lou has a proven track record of success in both start-ups and large corporations.

Lou Steinberg's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in finance and marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
