Yongjia Duan

Yongjia Duan is a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in enhancing user experiences through innovative design solutions. Currently at Apixio, Yongjia has previously contributed to Snapdocs by improving document management systems and leading the development of a web tool for machine learning model training. In earlier roles at Apixio, Yongjia redesigned a complex B2B healthcare web application and established a company-wide design system while coaching teams on user-centered research. Additional experience includes work at Ankr Network, Neaton Mathematics, the University of Michigan College of Engineering, and the City of Ferndale, where Yongjia led design initiatives and conducted user research. Yongjia holds a Master of Science in Information, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction, from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The Ohio State University.
