Jessica Hoyos

Jessica Hoyos has worked in various roles since 2010. Jessica began their career as an Analyst at ACET in 2010. In 2012, they took on two internships at HP as a WalMart Consumer Intern and a Sales Strategic Planning Intern. In 2013, they became a Financial Lines intern at ACE Group North America. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Strategic Planning Analyst at CMR - Mexico, followed by a role as a Business Planner & Market Research at Maskota. In 2018, they became a New Business and Strategic Marketing Manager at CMR - Mexico, where they negotiated and managed marketing supplier’s budget, designed and implemented joint commercial strategies with suppliers, developed and implemented multi-brand strategies and marketing plans, and detected a major CMR's gift card program. In 2020, they took on an Enterprise Account Manager role at Rappi. Most recently, they are the Head of Merchant Success and Merchant Success Sr Manager at Aplazo.

Jessica Hoyos graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2013, having started their studies in 2010.
