Sofia Hill Fernández has a diverse work experience. Sofia currently works as a Senior Account Manager at Aplazo since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Telefónica from 2016 to 2021, where they held three different roles. As Coordinador Patrocinios, Alianzas y Eventos, they developed, activated, and monitored strategic sponsorships and alliances. As Especialista Trade Marketing, they implemented, monitored, and tracked KPIs for Modern and Own channels, and managed legal aspects for different promotions. Finally, as Analista Planeación WFM y Contro, they tracked and calculated KPIs for all Customer Service areas, executed remuneration models, and conducted punctual analysis for Own Channel regarding telephone and store services.
