Anne Doster

A respected and sought-after coach, specializing in organizational effectiveness and leadership development, with over 30 years of professional experience.

Anne offers an extensive background in performance management, training, and leadership development. Her focus is on assisting individuals and organizations navigate rapidly changing and complex business environments.

After earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from East Carolina University, Anne earned her doctorate in Adult and Community College Education with an emphasis in Training and Development at North Carolina State University.

She is a Board Certified Counselor, National Certified Counselor, North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor, and certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Hogan and Tilt 365. Anne is also trained as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine.
