Kinal Sar

Kinal Sar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Board Member at the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) since February 2018, Kinal is also the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director at Aplus Consulting, a position held since January 2011. Additionally, Kinal serves as Vice President for the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia and is a Board Member at CJBI. Previous experience includes a part-time lecturing role at various universities where Kinal contributed to accounting education and course development. Kinal's earlier leadership experience includes serving as Vice President and President of the Association of Kratie Students and involvement in ADB and World Bank projects at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Kinal holds degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration from Chonnam National University and the National University of Management, coupled with further professional development through the CPA Australia Program.
