Marcia Holden

Marcia Holden is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the APMT Procurement Transformation Manager at APM Terminals since January 2020. In this role, Marcia collaborates with various stakeholders to develop guidelines for the dignified treatment of third-party labor and oversees the implementation of Group Standards. Marcia has held multiple leadership positions within APM Terminals, including Head of Procurement Americas and Head of Procurement North America, managing a significant team of procurement professionals across the Americas. Previous experience includes roles at Maersk Domestic, where Marcia restructured the organization, and various procurement leadership positions within Maersk Procurement. Marcia’s educational background includes a Master Certificate in Advanced Procurement Management from Michigan State University and an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
