Leo Heppler

Leo Heppler is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in warehouse management and team development. Currently serving as Operations Manager at APMEX, Inc. since November 2021, Leo previously held multiple roles at Amazon from September 2012 to February 2022, including Delivery Station Site Manager and Area Manager, where responsibility encompassed outbound warehouse operations and leading Kaizen initiatives. Prior experience includes working as Process Manager at Zappos during its transition to Amazon, Store Manager at Starbucks, where performance awards were achieved, and College Minister at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Leo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
