Nick Houlton

Nick Houlton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nick started their career as the Education Director at Oracle, where they were responsible for delivering learning services to customers. Nick then moved on to CA, where they served as the VP EMEA Education, overseeing business operations across 22 countries. After that, they joined SAS UK Ltd as the Director of Customer Services, Education & Support, leading various customer-oriented teams. Nick later joined IntraLinks as the Senior Vice President, Client Services EMEA & APAC, where they focused on delivering secure collaboration solutions. Houlton also played a key role in the Lean IT Association as a Board Member, promoting the adoption of Lean principles in the IT industry. Nick then became the Founder of Love Life and Ride Ltd, a company that provides protective gear for motorcycling, equestrian, and cycling. Most recently, Houlton has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing & Operations at APMG-International, an Examination Institute that accredits training and consulting organizations and manages professional certification schemes.

Nick Houlton obtained their Bachelor of Education degree in Physics from the University of London, where they attended from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a certification called The Professional Services (PS) Professional® Rainmaker Foundation, which they obtained in August 2022 from APMG International.
