Mark R. Augdahl

Mark was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer in August 2022. In this role he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, and risk management.

Mark joined Apogee in 2000 and has served in several finance leadership roles with the company. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for the company’s Architectural Glass segment. He previously served as Vice President of Finance for the company’s Architectural Services segment from 2012 to 2017 and was Apogee’s Corporate Controller from 2004 to 2012. Prior to joining Apogee, Mark worked in a number of finance roles, including four years as an auditor at KPMG.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and was a participant in the University of Chicago’s Booth Executive Development Program.
