Shawn Parsons

Shawn Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Shawn is currently the Director of IT Business Relationship Management at Apogee Enterprises, Inc., where they act as the liaison between the business and IT teams. Shawn is responsible for establishing a business group level IT strategy and overseeing the rollout of SAP S4 HANA to multiple brands. Prior to this, Shawn worked at Alumicor Limited in multiple roles, including Business Systems Manager and SAP Project Manager. Shawn played a crucial role in stabilizing the business and implementing SAP, reducing supply chain issues, and managing the planning and production scheduling functions. Before Alumicor, they owned their own web development business while also working as a Freelance Web Developer, specializing in various languages and tools. During their time at Cascade Canada Ltd., they developed a comprehensive rental inventory and order control program using VBA and Microsoft Access, and later worked as a Parts Coordinator. Shawn also gained experience at Panasonic Canada and Microsoft Canada, where they served as a Warehouse Operations Associate and a Help Desk Support Technician, respectively. Overall, Shawn Parsons has a strong background in IT, project management, business strategy, and web development.

Shawn Parsons attended Humber College from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they pursued studies in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
