Todd McMullin

Todd McMullin has held several roles in the quality assurance and operational excellence fields. Todd began their career in 2019 as the Founder of Diakonos Consulting. Later that same year, they joined Honeywell as the Global Director of Quality for Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment and Healthcare. In 2021, they moved to GPS Air as the Corporate Director of Quality, Technical Customer and Field Services. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Quality at Apogee Semiconductor since 2023. Todd has implemented Lean startup SCRUM program management methodology, and is a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner.

Todd McMullin has an extensive education history. Todd obtained their Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College in 1993. Todd then attended the University of Vermont from 1998-2001, completing the core curriculum with only electives needed. Todd then attended DeVry University from 2006-2012, earning their MBA in Business Administration and Management. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance with a minor in Data Forensic Investigations from Norwich University. Todd is currently pursuing their Doctor in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their degrees, Todd has obtained multiple certificates, including a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006, a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004, a UNIX System Administration Certification from multiple institutions, and Change Manager Practitioner from Prosci in 2017. Todd also holds Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) and Certified SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) certifications from the SCRUM Alliance, which they obtained in 2020.
