Leelia Rohumaa

Leelia Rohumaa is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of Group People & Culture at Apollo Group since March 2025. Prior to this role, Leelia held several positions at Glia, including Director of People Operations and Director of People Operations - Europe from December 2022 to March 2025. At Pipedrive, Leelia advanced through various roles from Senior People & Culture Manager to Global Head of People & Culture between August 2016 and December 2022. Leelia's career began at Skype, where responsibilities included HR Manager for a 60-person Technical Operations organization and Learning & Development Consultant, overseeing global onboarding programs and strategic initiatives from December 2005 to July 2016. Leelia's academic background includes an MBA in Economics and Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology and a Diploma in Customs from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.
