Omar Duenas

Omar Duenas has over 7 years of experience in human resources management and operations. Omar started their career as an MDP trainee at Hilton, where they gained experience in all departments of a full-service Hilton property. After completing the program, they took on various roles at Hilton, from HR assistant manager to HR manager. In their roles, they oversaw employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and orientation, among other things. Omar also managed leave of absences for a team of over 1,100. Omar also worked as an HR generalist at Comcast and as a people ops partner at Drip before joining Meta as a people operations partner. Omar is currently a lead for People Technology at Apollo.io.

Omar Duenas received their Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Eastern Florida State College in 2012. Omar then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2014.
