Christine Schwarz

Christine Schwarz has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Christine currently holds the position of Head of HR Shared Service Center at Apollo-Optik since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as Head of Payroll and Project Manager at the same company from February 2018 to April 2022.

Before joining Apollo-Optik, Christine worked at BNP Paribas as a Senior Team Head Human Resources from February 2015 to January 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Human Resources at dvn medienservice from October 2011 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, Christine worked at sebaldus GmbH, where they held various roles including Head of Payroll and HR-Controlling from October 2002 to October 2011, Deputy Head of Payroll from February 2000 to October 2002, and Personnel Administration from February 1996 to January 2000.

Christine Schwarz pursued their education at IHK Mittelfranken, where they obtained a Bachelor of Human Resources (CCI) degree from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they also completed a program in industrial management at the same institution from 1993 to 1996.
