Hnin Hlwar Phoo is a seasoned professional in the civil engineering and quantity surveying fields, currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and CAD at AP Towers Myanmar since June 2023. In this role, Hnin Hlwar Phoo excels in project design interpretation, budget planning, and the production of BIM and detailed renderings. Previously, Hnin Hlwar Phoo held positions at EDOTCO Group, where contributions included as a Structural Engineer and Cluster Manager, managing site operations, enhancing project efficiency, and ensuring compliance with specifications across numerous BTS projects.
