Pablo Reina

Pablo Reina has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Senior Manager Quality/R&D at Apollo Tyres Ltd since March 2022 and as Technology Product Manager at Apollo Vredestein since March 2018, where leadership of a team of up to 30 engineers and technicians is a key responsibility. Prior roles include Product Industrialization Construction Manager at Continental from February 2015 to January 2018, leading the implementation of new tire lines and coordinating with the Quality Department, and Head of Product Industrialization PLT at Continental from 2005 to 2013, overseeing production activities for passenger and commercial vehicle tires. Earlier experience includes a role as Body Shop Process Engineer at Ford Motor Company, focusing on plant layout and continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodology. Pablo Reina holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Chemical Process Technology from Universidade Federal da Bahia and a Master in Business Administration in Advanced Strategic Management from Universidade Salvador.
