Sneha Tulsyan currently serves as Group Manager for Compensation, Benefits & Rewards in the Manufacturing-HR Strategy at Apollo Tyres Ltd, where responsibilities include driving key manufacturing HR projects, managing compensation and benefits benchmarking, and overseeing performance management processes. With prior experience as a Manager in Compensation & Benefits and various roles at KPMG India, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Coca-Cola India, Sneha has developed a strong foundation in HR strategy and business management. Educational qualifications include a full-time PGP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Energy Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
