Michael Porter

Michael Porter is a seasoned executive in corporate development and private equity, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Netflix since December 2014. Additionally, Michael holds trustee positions for the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund and Apollo Debt Solutions BDC since September 2021. Previous roles include Private Equity Investor at Vista Equity Partners, Associate in the Entertainment Industries Group at J.P. Morgan, and Manager of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Universal Pictures. Michael’s early career includes positions as an Analyst at The Walt Disney Company and as an Associate Analyst at Hudson Square Research - Soleil Securities. Michael earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
