Professor Ravi Mahajan

Professor Ravi Mahajan, CBE, currently serves as the Director of Research and Innovation as well as the Director of Critical Care Integration and Transformation at Apollo Hospitals since March 2021. With a distinguished career at the University of Nottingham since 1994, Professor Mahajan holds the title of Professor Emeritus and previously served as Professor of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care. Notably, Professor Mahajan acted as President of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and Trustee of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges between September 2018 and September 2021. From January 2013 to December 2016, Professor Mahajan was the Editor-In-Chief of the British Journal of Anaesthesia. Academic qualifications include a DM in Anaesthesia and Critical Care from the University of Nottingham.
