William Le

William Le joined ApolloMD after spending his early career in private practice advising and defending healthcare providers ranging from privately held hospitals to Fortune 20 healthcare entities. While at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP (now Locke Lord LLP), Mr. Le conducted investigations into alleged statutory violations, responded to regulatory agencies as necessary, and managed a portfolio of litigation and outside counsels in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. As a member of EWP’s Labor and Employment and Litigation Management groups, Mr. Le also defended single plaintiff employment and malpractice lawsuits filed against Fortune 20 financial institutions and pharmaceutical chains in California, Oregon, and Washington.

In his dual role as ApolloMD’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Le counsels the executive team regarding corporate governance, risk management and mitigation, provides regulatory guidance (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, Medicare/Medicaid), contracting and is responsible for the continuing development of, and adherence to the company’s compliance program.

In addition to his California bar admission, Mr. Le is licensed to practice in the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California.
