Yaeli Alev

Yaeli Alev is the current Director of People & Culture at Aporia. Yaeli has an extensive background in Human Resources, spanning over 12 years and 4 different companies.

Yaeli started their career in Human Resources at Tradency in August of 2008, where they worked as an HR Coordinator. In February of 2012, Yaeli took on the role of HR Manager at SpotOption. Yaeli then moved to Forex in April of 2013, where they became the HR & Recruitment Manager. In April of 2014, Yaeli began working at NSO Group as the Social Responsibilities & Internal Communities Manager, a position they held for 7 years until December of 2021. Yaeli’s most recent position was at Medigate, where they served as the HR Director from December of 2021 until February of 2022.

In their current role as Director of People & Culture at Aporia, Yaeli is responsible for the overall management and development of the company’s human resources.

Yaeli Alev has a BA in behavioral sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Yaeli is currently working in HR and communication.

Yaeli Alev reports to Liran Hason, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Suzanne Kagan - Director, Marketing, Tim Tyrrell - VP, Sales, and Daphna Shani - Operations Manager.
