Kenya Marquez

Kenya Marquez is an experienced professional currently serving as Housing Coordinator and previously as an Administrative Assistant for the City of San Fernando since December 2022. Kenya has extensive experience as an Administrative Assistant for the Apostolic Assembly since January 2016 and has held positions that involved supporting church leadership and performing confidential administrative tasks. Prior experience includes serving as Intake Coordinator at The San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission, where responsibilities included overseeing intake processes, and as Junior Account Manager at Walls Property Management, where Kenya managed recruitment, client education, and contract negotiations. Kenya also worked as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA Early Care and Education, contributing to children's development through curriculum planning and supervision. Kenya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA, obtained in 2020, and a high school diploma from Vaughn Next Century Learning Center.
