Joanne Campbell

Joanne Campbell is an experienced leader in talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Apotex Inc. since January 2002. In this role, Joanne drives the strategy and execution of a comprehensive talent management framework encompassing succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Previous roles at Apotex include Senior Vice President and CHRO, as well as Director of Talent & Organizational Capability, where Joanne developed proactive talent strategies to align with business objectives. Joanne's extensive HR experience also includes positions as Director of Learning and Recruitment Strategies, Manager of Human Resources at TorPharm, HR Manager at Aon Consulting, and HR Coordinator at the Ontario Sport and Recreation Centre. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned from 1985 to 1989.
