Mari Plawiuk

Mari Plawiuk is an experienced HR and Organizational Development professional, currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Culture at Apotex Inc. since June 2017. In this role, Mari provides strategic leadership in organizational development solutions, focusing on organization design, performance, and talent management to foster a high-performance culture. Previous roles include Director, Organizational Development, Culture & Change, and Associate Director of Organizational Development and Performance at Apotex. Prior to this, Mari worked as Sr. HR Advisor/Manager at TC Transcontinental and held managerial positions at Bond Brand Loyalty Inc. and Transcontinental Printing Inc. Mari holds an Advanced Human Resources Management degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and has a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Ryerson University, along with a Human Resources certificate.
