Susandi has a robust background in HR management, having progressively advanced through various roles, including Senior Expert of HRBP Mills Indonesia and Head of Human Resources & Mill Services, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing employee productivity through comprehensive HR functions. Prior experience at PT Panarub Industry encompassed leadership in recruitment, career development, and continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to developing qualified human resources in alignment with corporate values. Susandi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bina Nusantara University.
