Jenifer Hunsley has a diverse work experience history. Jenifer started their career at Newnham College as the Boat Club Captain from April 2009 to June 2010. Jenifer then interned at Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Leadership Intern from June 2010 to September 2010. Following that, they interned at Procter & Gamble as a Product Supply Summer Intern from June 2011 to September 2011.

In 2012, Jenifer joined Unilever as a Supply Chain Management Graduate, where they completed a 2-year Future Leaders Programme. During their time at Unilever, they held various roles, including Requirements Planner for Vaseline & St Ives at the Leatherhead Head Office, and Operations Leader for Home Care Liquids at the Port Sunlight Factory. From October 2014 to August 2017, they served as the UK & Ireland Category Planning Manager for Baking, Cooking, and Spreading, overseeing brands such as Flora, Bertolli, Stork, and Elmlea.

Since August 2017, Jenifer has been working at Pieminister, initially as the Bakery Operations Manager until April 2019. Following that, they served as the Supply Chain and S&OP Manager from March 2019 to March 2020. From April 2020 to April 2022, they held the position of Sustainability and S&OP Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Sustainability and Innovation Projects at Pieminister, a role they have held since May 2022.

Jenifer Hunsley completed their high school education at Bristol Grammar School from 2001 to 2008. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Cambridge, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Engineering (Hons) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from 2008 to 2012. In 2014, Jenifer obtained the APICS CPIM certification in Production and Inventory Management from APICS.
