Rini Rose Madathinal

Rini Rose Madathinal is currently serving as a UI/UX Design Apprentice at App Team Carolina, focusing on UI research and design by planning app interfaces and collaborating with a design team. Rini is also a member of UI/UX Academy, gaining proficiency in UI/UX fundamentals through a rigorous Figma curriculum. Previous experience includes an internship at Carpenter Technology Corporation, where Rini led a project to enhance the intranet's user experience, and a college coaching role at WeAdmit Technologies, Inc., providing mentorship to high school students during the college application process. Earlier professional experience includes managing office operations as a Front Office Manager at Kumon North America, Inc. and assisting students as a Math and Reading Grader. Rini is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Library and Information Science and Data Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expected to graduate in May 2026.
