Lisa Pansegrouw

Lisa Pansegrouw is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) since January 2022. Previously, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Consultant from August 2021 to January 2022 and held the position of Director of People and Culture at ATPCO for over 24 years, where responsibilities included advising C-suite executives and managing a team of 450 employees across multiple countries. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland, and further education was pursued at The Catholic University of America and Cornell University ILR School.
