Kathryn Graham Duggan

Kathy and her family have been shareholders of ABS for over 30 years. In February 2019, she took a more active role assuming the CEO position and Director of Finance. She brings to ABS years of management and financial experience from her various roles at Tyco Healthcare, a $12 billion disposable medical products manufacturer. At Tyco, she held positions in Accounting and Finance with her last role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations. She has extensive experience with systems integration as a member of Tyco's Acquisition Integration Team, where small and large manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, and financials of small and large companies ($50M - $3 billion) were integrated into Tyco Healthcare's ERP software.

Most recently, she was employed by the Community Foundation of Eastern CT where she worked in Finance to help improve controls and the staff's utilization of the software system.

Kathy is a graduate of Trinity College with a major in Economics and Computer Science and received her MBA in General Management from Boston University. She enjoys spending time with her family on the CT shoreline.
