Cdr Chelsey Pugh

Chelsey Pugh, CDR, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chelsey began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Wilson's Fuel - Esso, where they honed their managerial skills. In 2013, they joined Bootlegger as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, and Sales representative, gaining valuable experience in customer service and sales.

In 2016, Chelsey joined Day & Ross and held various roles over the years, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Program Specialist, and Driver Recruiting Specialist. These positions allowed their to develop expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition within the transportation industry.

Currently, Chelsey is working as a Recruiter at Appcast, Inc. since joining in 2021, further expanding their recruitment capabilities. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, adaptability, and a customer-oriented approach.

Chelsey Pugh, CDR, has a diverse education history. Chelsey began their academic journey in 2004 at Nackawic High School where they obtained their high school diploma in 2008. Following this, they pursued further education in the field of Business Administration and completed their Associate's degree at Eastern College from 2015 to 2016. To enhance their skills in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, Chelsey attended the University of New Brunswick from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a certificate in this field. Additionally, Chelsey obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter from the institution AIRS powered by ADP in February 2022. Chelsey's educational background showcases their dedication to acquiring knowledge and relevant expertise in various areas.
