Suet Yin Chow

Suet Yin Chow has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles.

Starting in 2005, Suet worked at Siemens as a Network Design Engineer and later as a Technical Configuration Manager.

In 2007, they moved to Nokia Siemens Networks as a Network Design & Performance Engineer.

In 2011, they joined Stellar Learning Strategies as a Strategic Planning Manager.

From 2012 to 2018, Suet was self-employed, providing independent eBook conversion services.

During this time, they also worked at Skillsoft, starting as a Learning Consultant and progressing to Manager, Service Design & Delivery, and then finally as Senior Manager, Service Design & Delivery.

In 2017, they joined Shopify Plus as a Merchant Success Lead and later became the Merchant Success Regional Lead for Eastern Canada & EMEA.

In 2021, Suet moved to Shopify as the Merchant Experience Regional Lead for US East.

Currently, they are working at Appcast, Inc as the Director of Product Management.

Suet Yin Chow received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering - Computer from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in "From Ideas to Action" from IDEO U in April 2019 and "Certified Associate in Project Management" from the Project Management Institute in May 2013.
