Clotilde Rouquié

Clotilde Rouquié began their work experience in 2015 as a Front Office Trainee at Hotel Annapurna. Clotilde then worked as a Trainee - Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Le Saint-James Bouliac - Relais & Châteaux in 2016, where they assisted the Restaurant Manager and performed various tasks related to guest services.

In the same year, they also worked as an Assistant Manager in the Breakfast service at Hotel Du Vin. Their responsibilities included managing breakfast service operations.

In 2017, Clotilde briefly worked as a Receptionist at ETOILE DE POMPADOUR SPORTS & WELLNESS DOMAIN.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Rutabago - Box à cuisiner 100% BIO. Initially, they served as a Chargée de Relation Client, where they handled daily customer inquiries through various channels and provided personalized responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Clotilde also participated in sales activities and managed the telephone contact center. Later, they transitioned to the role of Chargée Bonheur Client, where they continued to support customer happiness.

Most recently, they joined Choose in 2022 as a Customer Representative B2B2C.

Clotilde Rouquié has a strong educational background in the field of hotel management and wine and spirits. In 2018, they completed a Master's degree in Management hôtelier international et spécialisation en vins et spiritueux from Vatel France. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management from the same institution in 2018.

Before pursuing their higher education, Clotilde completed their secondary education at Lycée François Mauriac BORDEAUX, where they obtained their Baccalauréat in ECONOMIQUE ET SOCIAL in 2015. Clotilde also attended Lycée en Forêt in 2012-2013, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.

Clotilde has also acquired additional certifications related to wine and spirits. In 2019, they obtained the WSET 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and in 2020, they obtained the WSET 3 certification from the same institution.
