Amar Sahota

Amar Sahota is a certified Pilates instructor at Empowering Pilates since October 2018, specializing in individual and group classes as well as corporate sessions. With extensive experience in project management within the Cobra Group of Companies, Amar has held roles such as Sales Support Project Manager and Senior Business Consultant, delivering significant financial savings and implementing strategic initiatives. Previously, Amar founded the Finance Academy while managing client accounts and has worked in financial reporting analysis. Amar holds a BA Hons in Business Management from Brunel University of London, completed in 2003.
