Ian Schmehl

Ian Schmehl is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and insurance industries. Currently serving as Operations Vice President for Enterprise Operations at State Farm®, Ian has previously held several executive roles at AT&T, including Vice President of Direct Sales, Vice President of Sales, Service, and Digital Operations for AT&T Mexico, and Assistant Vice President of Call Center for AT&T Finance. Additionally, Ian contributes to the field of customer experience as a member of the Advisory Panel for the Customer Experience Program at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. Ian's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in International Trade from Texas A&M International University and a notable affiliation with the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
